About the Artist

Gwendolyn Morgan is a mixed media artist whose creative journey has explored a wide range of artistic disciplines, including painting, fiber arts, and sculpture. She is especially drawn to working with glass, fascinated by the dynamic relationship between heat, color, texture, and form. The limitless possibilities within glasswork continually ignite her imagination.

Her practice includes casting, cold-working, kiln forming, and flame work, and she is currently developing projects that incorporate multiple techniques and processes. Gwendolyn’s work is evolving toward a more multidisciplinary approach, blending glass with ceramics, metal, and other materials.

 

The diversity of these creative processes fuels her passion—an exhilarating and addictive pursuit that continually pushes her artistic exploration forward.
